Meet the Creator

Hi everyone! My name is Amanda and I am so glad that you are here!
​
I've always been a crafty person, and love making things as often as I can. Always a side hobby, I never dreamed I would be able to make 'crafting' my full-time job!
​
It all started back in early 2018 when my son was 3. I was a stay-at-home mom and honestly, just needed a challenge in life! One day while scrolling Facebook I saw this GORGEOUS glittered tumbler and thought, "why not? I bet I can make that". It was all down-hill from there! Or up-hill rather :)

I researched, researched some more, and over-thought every little detail before I finally practiced on a Yeti! (who does that?!?)
While it didn't come out great, it definitely started a new obsession. After a few months of trial and error, Country Pear Designs was officially born.

Focusing mainly on custom epoxy tumblers, we create designs with you in mind.
While tumblers are our bread and butter, we also create charcuterie boards, shirts, koozies, keychains and other fun accessories for everyone in your life.
Amanda is the Colorado artist behind the entire line of
Founder, creator, designer, CEO, shipping department, and content creator- she does it all!
Amanda moved to Colorado in 1999 from Oregon, and has lived all across the Front Range. After meeting her husband in 2008, she finally settled in rural NE Colorado
While crafts take up most of her spare time, Amanda also loves the outdoors! In the warmer months you will find her camping or at the lake. Winter is all about the baking and reading books!
Married in 2012, she is a mother to two amazing little kiddos- one boy and one girl. She has a black lab, and 2 kitties.
